This 3 axles 25000L sulfuric acid tanker semi trailer features 35-ton loading capacity, constructed with Q235 carbon steel. It supports 1–10 customizable compartments, fitted with API standard 3-inch discharge valves and 4-inch bottom safety valves. Equipped with FUWA 13T axles, mechanical suspension, JOST/SAF 28T two-speed landing gear, optional 4S/2M ABS, LED lights and complete accessories. Designed for safe transportation of sulfuric acid and other chemical liquids.

This 3 axles 25000L sulfuric acid chemical tanker semi trailer is designed for 35-ton heavy load chemical liquid transportation. The tank body and end plates adopt Q235 carbon steel, with 4mm wave baffles to reduce liquid sloshing during transit. The compartment quantity can be customized from 1 to 10 to meet different separate loading demands.
It is equipped with 500mm diameter manhole, 3-inch API standard discharge valve and 4-inch bottom safety valve for reliable control and safety protection. Two 3-inch rubber discharge hoses facilitate liquid loading and unloading. Standard top walkway provides safe operation space for operators.
The chassis adopts three FUWA 13-ton axles, mechanical suspension with 10-layer leaf springs of 90mm×13mm. It is fitted with 2-inch bolted kingpin, JOST or SAF 28T two-speed landing gear. The brake system is equipped with 40L air tank and 6 double spring brake chambers; 4S/2M ABS is optional for enhanced braking safety. Triangle 295/80R22.5 tires and 9.0-22.5 rims ensure stable running.
The whole trailer undergoes sandblasting treatment, anti-rust primer and polyurethane topcoat for excellent corrosion resistance. It is equipped with 24V LED lighting system, 7-pin quick-change electrical connector, large tool box, spare tire carrier and complete supporting tools including socket wrench, spare tire crank, fire extinguisher and operation manual. Customization is available for different chemical transport requirements.
