This 3 axle 45000L crude palm oil tanker semi trailer with pump adopts elliptical or round tank shape. The loading capacity ranges from 28T to 70T, volume customizable from 28000L to 70000L, compartments optional 1–9. Tank body thickness 5mm, Q345 carbon steel main beam, equipped with BPW/FUWA axles, multiple suspension options, WABCO relay valve brake system, optional bottom loading and vapor recovery system. Suitable for transporting crude palm oil and other edible liquid oils.

This 3 axle 45000L palm crude oil tanker semi trailer comes with an oil pump for self-loading and self-unloading. The tank can be elliptical or round shape, with flexible customization on volume from 28000L to 70000L and payload from 28 tons to 70 tons. The compartment quantity can be adjusted from 1 to 9 according to customer requirements to load different oil materials separately.
The tank body is 5mm thick, matched with 16-inch or 20-inch manholes with vent valves. It is optional with 4-inch API adapter valve or 3-inch ball valve as discharge valve, and 3/4-inch bottom valve controlled by pneumatic block. Handrail control supports manual or pneumatic operation. Optional bottom loading configuration includes overfill protection and vapor recovery system for safer loading operation. The walkway is made of aluminum for light weight and anti-slip performance.
The main beam is constructed of high-strength Q345 carbon steel. Customers can choose 2–4 axles of 13T to 20T from BPW or FUWA. Three suspension types are available: mechanical suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to adapt to various road conditions. It is fitted with JOST E100 landing gear, JOST 2” / 3.5” bolt-in kingpin, Triangle brand tires. The brake system adopts 6 pieces T30/30 brake chambers and WABCO relay valve for stable and reliable braking performance.
This tanker semi trailer is widely used for crude palm oil and edible vegetable oil transportation. All specifications can be adjusted to meet different local transport standards and customer demands.
