This 35CBM asphalt bitumen tanker semi trailer can be round or square tank shape. Overall dimension 11500×2500×3900mm, tare weight around 10500kg, single compartment. Tank body and end plates adopt 5mm Q235 carbon steel, with glass wool insulation and heating tubes to keep bitumen liquid. It is equipped with FUWA 3 axles, mechanical suspension, JOST 3.5” bolt-in kingpin, WABCO RE6 relay valve brake system, optional ABS. Suitable for hot bitumen and liquid asphalt transportation in road construction projects.

This 35CBM bitumen tanker semi trailer is a professional transport equipment for hot liquid asphalt. Customers can choose round or square tank shape, with overall dimension 11500×2500×3900mm and tare weight about 10500kg, single compartment design. The tank body and end plates are built from 5mm Q235 carbon steel. It is equipped with glass wool insulation layer of 50mm or 80mm and four heating tubes arranged in one row to maintain temperature and prevent bitumen solidification.
It adopts φ500mm carbon steel manhole cover, 6-inch discharge valve and two pieces of 4-inch, 6-meter-long rubber discharge hoses for convenient loading and unloading. Top walkway is available with standard or customized special design to guarantee safe operation on tank top.
The main beam is welded Q345 carbon steel. The chassis is fitted with 3 FUWA axles, mechanical suspension with 10-layer leaf springs, JOST 3.5” bolt-in kingpin and 28T landing gear. The pneumatic brake system uses WABCO RE6 relay valve, spring brake chambers and two 45L air tanks; ABS is optional for extra safety. It is equipped with 9.00-22.5 rims and 315/80R22.5 tires with optional tire brands.
The whole chassis will be sandblasted to remove rust before painting, coated with one layer anti-corrosion primer plus two finish topcoats for strong anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. One standard tool box is included as accessory. The trailer can be shipped by bulk cargo ship or RORO vessel. Customization is acceptable for different local transport requirements.
