This 2 axle 40T low-bed trailer is designed for heavy equipment transportation with automatic ramp for easy loading and unloading. The overall dimension and load capacity can be customized according to customer requirements. Its low deck design reduces loading height effectively, which is perfect for over-height heavy machinery.
The platform floor is made of 4/5/6mm thick anti-slip checkered plate, wear-resistant and durable for heavy loads. The automatic ramp saves labor and greatly improves loading efficiency for tracked machines. It is equipped with reliable JOST kingpin and 19-inch landing gear for stable connection and safe parking.
You can choose FUWA, BPW, ZY or other famous brand axles. Two suspension options are available: reinforced mechanical leaf spring suspension or rigid suspension, delivering stable performance on rough mine and construction roads. The dual-line brake system adopts WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 air chambers and 45L air tank to ensure stable braking performance.
The 24V electrical lighting system meets international road standards, complete with signal lights and reflectors. It is a practical lowbed trailer widely used by heavy equipment transport companies.
