This 2 axles side wall flatbed bulk semi trailer is a multi-purpose flatbed trailer for both bulk cargo and container transport. The main beam adopts high strength design with 500mm height, thick top, bottom and web plates, which guarantees strong load-bearing capacity under heavy working conditions.
It is equipped with multiple twist lock options, which can carry one 20ft container, two 20ft containers or one 40ft container. The 3mm anti-slip checkered platform floor is durable for loading different goods. It is fitted with reliable 13T axles from BPW, FUWA or ZY, and heavy-duty mechanical suspension (American or German style), matched with thick leaf springs for stable running on rough roads.
JOST brand kingpin and 28T linkage outrigger landing gear are adopted for reliable connection and stable parking. The brake system uses WABCO relay valve and TKL air chambers, optional ABS for higher driving safety. The complete 24V lighting system meets international road traffic regulations.
All standard accessories including toolbox, spare tire carrier and tool kits are supplied. We can adjust structure, painting and configurations according to customer requirements. It is a cost-effective heavy-duty trailer widely favored by freight and logistics companies.
