3 Axles Liquid Asphalt Heated Bitumen Transport Tanker Semi Trailer
This 3 axles heated bitumen tanker semi trailer is specially designed for liquid asphalt transport. Tank adopts Q235 carbon steel structure, supports 1–10 customizable compartments. It is equipped with API 3-inch discharge valve, 4-inch bottom safety valve, FUWA 13T axles, mechanical suspension, JOST/SAF 28T two-speed landing gear, optional 4S/2M ABS, LED lights and complete tool kits. Heating system keeps bitumen in liquid state during transportation.

This 3 axles heated bitumen tanker semi trailer is professional transportation equipment for liquid asphalt. The tank body and end plates are made of Q235 carbon steel, with 4mm wave baffles to reduce liquid sloshing. The compartment quantity can be customized from 1 to 10 according to customer requirements. The built-in heating system maintains the bitumen at a stable temperature to prevent solidification during transit.
It is equipped with 500mm manhole, 3-inch API standard discharge valve and 4-inch bottom safety valve for reliable control and safety protection. Two 3-inch rubber discharge hoses are convenient for loading and unloading. Standard anti-slip walkway provides safe operation space for operators.
The chassis adopts three FUWA 13-ton axles, mechanical suspension with 10-layer leaf springs of 90mm×13mm. It is fitted with 2-inch bolted kingpin, JOST or SAF 28T two-speed landing gear. The brake system is equipped with 40L air tank and 6 double spring brake chambers; 4S/2M ABS is optional for improved braking safety. Triangle 295/80R22.5 tires and 9.0-22.5 rims guarantee stable running performance.
The whole trailer is processed by sandblasting, anti-rust primer and polyurethane topcoat for good anti-corrosion performance. It is equipped with 24V LED lighting system, 7-pin quick-change electrical connector, large tool box, spare tire carrier and complete supporting tools including socket wrench, spare tire crank, fire extinguisher and operation manual. Customization is available for different asphalt transport requirements.
