This bogie suspension petrol fuel tanker semi trailer has 40000L valid volume, 4 compartments of 10000L each. Square or round tank shape optional, tank body made of Q345B carbon steel. It is fitted with European aluminum manhole covers, subsea valves, JOST kingpin and two-speed landing gear, multiple suspension options, FUWA/BPW/ZY axles and WABCO dual-line brake system. It is designed for safe transportation of gasoline, diesel and other liquid fuels.

This bogie suspension petrol fuel tanker semi trailer is specially manufactured for petroleum liquid transportation. The tank can be square or round, divided into four independent 10000L compartments to load different fuels separately. The tank shell, end plates, anti-wave baffles and partition plates adopt high-strength Q345B carbon steel. The punched end plates improve structural rigidity and safety during liquid transit.
It is equipped with European standard aluminum alloy manhole covers, 4-inch subsea bottom valves and 2.5-inch discharge outlets. The pneumatic control system includes combined control switch and emergency switch for safe valve operation. Two 6-meter discharge hoses support convenient loading and unloading operations.
The chassis adopts JOST bolted kingpin and JOST 19-inch two-speed landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other well-known brand axles, with three optional suspension types: mechanical spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension. Bogie suspension performs well on poor road conditions and heavy load scenarios.
The dual-line air brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 air chambers and 45L air tank to guarantee reliable braking performance. The 24V electrical lighting system complies with international road transport standards with complete signal lights and reflectors. Tank size, volume and compartment layout can be customized according to customer requirements.
