This carbon steel fuel tanker semi trailer has a valid volume of 40000L with 4 customizable compartments. Square or round tank shape optional, tank body made of Q345B steel. It is fitted with JOST kingpin and two-speed landing gear, multiple optional suspensions, FUWA/BPW/ZY axles and WABCO dual-line brake system. Suitable for transporting diesel, gasoline and other liquid fuels.

This carbon steel fuel tanker semi trailer is built for safe fuel transportation. The tank can be square or round, with 4 separate customizable compartments, which can load different fuels separately. The tank body, end plates, wave baffles and partition plates are all constructed from high-strength Q345B carbon steel with different thickness, punched end plates enhance structural rigidity and safety.
It is equipped with a complete pneumatic control system including combined control switch and emergency switch for reliable valve operation. Two 6-meter discharge hoses support convenient loading and unloading. The chassis adopts JOST bolted kingpin and JOST 19-inch two-speed landing gear. Customers can choose FUWA, BPW, ZY or other well-known brand axles, with three suspension options: mechanical spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to adapt to different road conditions.
The dual-line air brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 air chambers and 45L air tank for stable braking performance. The 24V electrical lighting system meets international road transport standards with full set of signal lights and reflectors. Size, volume and compartment layout can be customized according to customer demands.
