This detachable removable gooseneck lowboy lowbed semi trailer has a payload of 60 tons and tare weight of 9 tons. It adopts heavy-duty Q345B H-beam main frame, 3 pcs 13T maintenance-free axles, mechanical suspension and WABCO relay valve brake system. Equipped with robust ramps, it is perfect for transporting excavators, loaders and other heavy engineering equipment.

This detachable removable gooseneck lowboy lowbed semi trailer is specially designed for heavy equipment haulage. The gooseneck can be detached, allowing tracked machinery to drive directly onto the deck without lifting, which greatly improves loading and unloading efficiency and safety.
The main frame adopts heavy H-beam structure made of Q345B high strength carbon steel, with thick top, bottom and web plates to guarantee strong bearing capacity. The working deck is 4mm thick anti-slip plate, suitable for heavy loads. It is equipped with three 13-ton maintenance-free axles (FUWA or ZY optional), standard mechanical suspension and heavy leaf springs, stable on rough construction and mine roads.
The brake system uses dual-line air brake with WABCO emergency relay valve and 6 sets T30/30 spring brake chambers, ABS is optional for extra safety. The 24V lighting system meets international transport requirements, fully equipped with marker lights, turn signals, stop lights and reflectors.
It comes with Zhenhua 28T landing gear, heavy-duty loading ramps, dual spare tire carriers, tool box and complete tools. The surface treatment includes SA2.5 sandblasting, anti-rust primer and two layers of polyurethane finish paint with total dry film thickness over 100μm and wax protection, effectively anti-corrosion and extending service life. It is a reliable heavy lowbed trailer widely used for engineering equipment transportation.
