This 45CBM liquid tanker semi trailer features Double D or round tank shape, 3 compartments of 15000L each. The tank body is built with Q345 steel, fitted with European style aluminum manhole covers, subsea bottom valves and discharge outlets. It comes with 3 axles, JOST kingpin and landing gear, WABCO brake system, optional pump and ABS. Ideal for transporting fuel and other liquid cargo.

This 45CBM liquid tanker semi trailer is professionally manufactured for safe bulk liquid transportation. The tank can be designed as Double D or round shape, divided into three independent 15000L compartments to carry different liquids separately. The tank shell, end plates and anti-wave baffles adopt high-strength Q345 steel with specified thickness to guarantee structural safety and anti-impact performance.
It is equipped with European standard aluminum alloy manhole covers, 4-inch subsea bottom valves and 2.5-inch discharge outlets, together with long rubber discharge hoses for convenient liquid loading and unloading. The anti-slip walkway with foldable guardrails and anti-slip access ladder provide safe operation space for workers on top of the tank. Optional pump system helps improve transfer efficiency.
The chassis adopts heavy welded Q345 main beam, 3 pieces of 13T axles, JOST two-speed landing gear and bolted kingpin. Mechanical suspension brings stable running performance. The air brake system uses reliable WABCO RE6 relay valve and TKL spring brake chambers, ABS is optional for enhanced driving safety. Triangle brand tires and complete standard accessories are supplied.
The trailer can be shipped by bulk carrier. Customization on tank volume, fittings and configurations is available to meet different client transport requirements.
