3 Axles Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer

This 3 axles 42000L fuel tanker semi trailer adopts lightweight 5182 aluminum alloy for tank body, end plates, baffles and partitions, which features corrosion resistance and high payload efficiency. The tank can be square or round, divided into three independent compartments of 15000L, 15000L and 12000L separately, compartment layout can be adjusted according to customer demand.

It is equipped with complete pneumatic control system including combined control switch and emergency switch. The key safety configurations include large explosion-proof manhole cover and emergency shut-off valve at tank bottom outlet to effectively prevent leakage risks during fuel loading, unloading and transit. Two 6-meter discharge hoses facilitate flexible liquid transfer.

The chassis is fitted with JOST bolted kingpin and JOST 19-inch two-speed landing gear. Customers can select FUWA, BPW, ZY or other famous brand axles, with three suspension choices: mechanical spring suspension, air suspension and bogie suspension to adapt to various road conditions.

The dual-line air brake system uses WABCO RE-6 emergency relay valve, T30/30 air chambers and 45L air tank for reliable braking performance. The 24V electrical system with ISO 7-pin socket meets international road lighting standards with full set of lights and reflectors. Customization on tank size, volume and fittings is available.
