40FT Skeletal Container Semi Trailer
This 40FT skeletal container semi trailer is suitable for transporting 20ft and 40ft standard shipping containers. It is optional with 2 or 3 axles (FUWA/BPW, 13T/16T), multiple suspension types, JOST kingpin and JOST E200 landing gear. It adopts WABCO RE6 relay valve and optional ABS, with complete twist locks and 24V ISO standard electrical system. Sandblasting SA2.5 and multi-layer anti-corrosion painting ensure long service life for overseas logistics transport.

This 40FT skeletal container semi trailer is a classic container transport chassis for 20ft and 40ft containers. Its overall dimension is 12500×2500×1550 mm. Customers can select 2 or 3 axles with FUWA or BPW brand, axle capacity 13 ton or 16 ton. Tire options include 12.00R22.5 and 315/80R22.5, with 8 or 12 tires as optional.
Three suspension types are available: mechanical suspension, bogie suspension and air suspension to adapt to different road conditions. It is equipped with JOST kingpin (2.0 inch or 3.5 inch, bolted or welded) and JOST E200 landing gear. The brake system uses WABCO RE6 relay valve, TKL spring brake chambers and 45L air tank, with WABCO valves customized for overseas markets; ABS is optional for higher safety.
Twist locks can be configured as 4, 8 or 12 sets, lift type or screw type to lock containers firmly. The electrical system is 24V, fitted with ISO 7-pin socket, full set of lights and reflectors to meet overseas traffic regulations.
Before painting, the frame goes through SA2.5 standard sandblasting for rust removal, followed by two layers anti-corrosion primer and one finish topcoat. One tool box and standard tool set are supplied as accessories. This skeletal trailer is widely used for container logistics and can be customized to match different regional standards.
