This 3 axles 40000L fuel tanker trailer adopts Double D or round tank shape, designed with 3 compartments (15000L+15000L+10000L). Tank body is Q345 steel construction, equipped with European aluminum alloy manhole covers, 4-inch subsea bottom valves and 2.5-inch discharge outlets. Optional pump system and ABS, fitted with 3pcs 13T axles, JOST E100 two-speed landing gear, JOST bolted kingpin and WABCO brake system. Ideal for safe transportation of gasoline, diesel and other petroleum fuels.

This 3 axles 40000L fuel tanker trailer can be manufactured with Double D or round tank design, separated into three independent compartments of 15000L, 15000L and 10000L, which can carry different oil products separately. The tank shell, end plates and anti-wave baffles are made of high-strength Q345 steel with specified thickness to ensure solid structure and impact resistance during transportation.
It is equipped with European standard aluminum alloy manhole covers, 4-inch subsea bottom valves and 2.5-inch discharge outlets. Two 6-meter rubber discharge hoses support convenient loading and unloading. The anti-slip walkway with foldable guardrails and anti-slip access ladder provide safe working space for operators on the tank top. A pump system can be added optionally for efficient liquid transfer.
The chassis adopts heavy welded Q345 main beam, three 13-ton axles, JOST E100 two-speed landing gear and bolted kingpin. Mechanical suspension ensures stable running performance. The air brake system uses reliable WABCO RE6 relay valve and TKL spring brake chambers, ABS is optional for extra driving safety. Triangle brand tires and complete standard accessories are supplied.
This tanker trailer can be shipped by bulk carrier. Customization on tank fittings and configurations is available to meet different client transport requirements.
